You want a session you can finish between meetings without bouncing, without a gym bag, and without a noise complaint through the floor.
This 15-minute no-jump routine is built for apartments and small spaces. No burpees. No jumping jacks. Just controlled strength and steady effort on a yoga-mat-sized footprint.
Why no-jump matters
Jumping is fine in a garage. In an apartment, impact travels through flooring. No-jump training still raises your heart rate when you move with short rests and steady tempo — you trade “explosive” for sustainable and considerate.
Before you start
- Clear a rectangle about the size of a bath towel or yoga mat
- Use shoes or bare feet on a non-slip surface
- Keep water nearby
- Modify freely — smaller range is fine
- Stop for sharp pain (muscle burn is OK; joint stabbing is not)
If you have been very sedentary or have injuries, check with a qualified professional before starting.
